Job Opportunity

Martz Bros. Lawn Care, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and certified Arborist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tree health applications, communicating effectively with clients, and leading the way in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver estimates for tree health applications with integrity and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding our process and set proper expectations for service.
  • Generate referrals for Lawn Care team when appropriate.
  • Manage and develop certified tree technicians and assist with service calls when necessary.
  • Lead the way in foreseeing any upcoming issues due to weather or drought and proactively collaborate with customers and technicians on solutions.
  • Utilize Real Green database to maintain customer data and schedule tech visits.
  • Maintain inventory and direct purchasing of chemicals and equipment.
  • Assist with clean up and maintenance of a clean fleet.
Requirements
  • ISA Certification
  • Maintenance of a state-issued pesticide applicator license
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to obtain DOT certification.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, team, and management – in person, phone, and email.
  • Must be professional and courteous to all customers, vendors, and Martz Bros. staff.
  • Initiative-taker with the ability to manage tree team as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., to climb and work aloft, push and pull objects while walking three miles a day or more.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers and staff.
  • Ability to sell lawn and tree programs using a consultative sales approach.
Compensation Package

Martz Bros. offers a competitive compensation package, including full-time, year-round employment with a starting compensation of up to $X/hr and opportunities for immediate growth via bonus structure.
