The Sales and Front Desk Associate is a key role at Scenthound, focused on selling memberships while providing exceptional service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Membership Sales: Utilize health and wellness education to drive membership sales and increase revenue.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators: Achieve average ticket price and rebook ratio targets through memberships, services, add-ons, and retail sales.
  • Develop Membership Leads: Identify and pursue potential members to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Manage Cash Drawer: Responsible for daily cash handling and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Adhere to Scenthound Standards: Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, adhering to Scenthound's sanitary and cleaning practices.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Confident in selling services and products, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human) and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn Scenthound's products and services to educate dog parents and speak to the company's values and culture.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and dog parents (in person and on the phone).
  • Problem-Solving: Independently solve problems using Scenthound's values and culture as a guide.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including cash handling and customer service.
  • Time Management: Schedule appointments efficiently and manage time effectively to meet sales and customer service targets.
