    • Perform regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks

  • Training and Development
    • Deliver training programs to field staff on hazard recognition and mitigation
    • Develop and implement training plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Hazard Mitigation and Risk Assessment
    • Identify and mitigate hazards and risks in the field
    • Develop and implement risk assessment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Incident Investigation and Reporting
    • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes
    • Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent future incidents
Requirements
  • Education and Training
    • Safety-related degree or equivalent related experience
    • Able to sit for the CHST within 6 months
    • OSHA 30-Hour for Construction
    • FA/CPR Trained
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Familiarity with federal, state, and local construction safety orders and general industry safety orders
    • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a broad audience
    • Competencies in fall protection, excavation safety, confined space entry, scaffolding
  • Work Experience
    • Safety-related internship or experience preferred
