Job Overview

Pride Health is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our client's healthcare team. This role is an excellent opportunity to engage with a reputable medical organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects high-quality blood samples from patients and prepares them for laboratory analysis while adhering to established protocols.
  • Interacts directly with patients, fostering an environment of trust and clarity while explaining procedures and performing blood draws safely and accurately.
  • Conducts blood collection through venipuncture and capillary methods across various age groups.
  • Handles specimen processing with precision and professionalism.
  • Manages order entry; retrieves and confirms patient collection information and any special notes using appropriate resources.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience.
