This full-time role offers a competitive compensation range between $122,000.00 and $174,000.00 annually.

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician to take on a leadership role within our Level II/III NICU practice.

About the Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate with a committed group of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, all focused on delivering exceptional neonatal care. Our practice emphasizes quality improvement and evidence-based methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Participate in high-risk deliveries and provide well-baby coverage.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective scheduling and team development.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Leadership position with an annual stipend of $20,000.
  • Flexible 24-hour shift coverage.
