We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician to assume a leadership position within our Level II/III NICU practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional neonatal care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a dedicated team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a culture of transparency and support.
- Engage in a mixture of clinical responsibilities across both Level II and Level III NICUs.
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and provide well-baby coverage.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and effectiveness of the Advanced Practice team, including recruitment, retention, and protocol development.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Leadership position with an annual stipend of $20,000.
- Flexible scheduling with 24-hour shifts.
