We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician to assume a leadership role within our Level II/III NICU practice.
As part of a collaborative team, you will work alongside committed colleagues, including a team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, who prioritize transparency and support. Our focus is on delivering cutting-edge, innovative neonatal care, with an emphasis on quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
Key Opportunity Highlights:

Position Details:
- Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists, 13.5 Advanced Practice Providers
- Responsibilities include:
- Attendance at high-risk deliveries
- Well baby coverage & circumcisions
- Facilities include:
- 14-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 7
- 12-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 5
- 4-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 3
- The APP Lead will collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the Advanced Practice team, focusing on recruitment, retention, protocol development, scheduling, and ongoing team development.
Qualifications:
- Strong clinical decision-making skills with independence and autonomy
- Leadership experience is essential
- Extensive NICU experience and skill set
- Self-confident and a team player with a family-oriented approach
