Key ResponsibilitiesThe Compliance Risk Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Enterprise Compliance Management's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiatives and ensuring adherence to the USA PATRIOT Act regulations, particularly section 326 of the Customer Identification Program.
Your primary objective will be to assist in the execution of the Anti-Money Laundering program while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves extensive communication with internal stakeholders across various business units, including retail, institutional services, and correspondent firms.
Qualifications We Seek- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and demonstrate strong research and analytical skills.
- Capability to handle multiple cases effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Fidelity systems, including FBSI, FDOT, IRF, and XTRAC.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and focused on quality outcomes.
- Interest in quickly mastering Fidelity systems and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Broad understanding of the financial services sector is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the USA PATRIOT Act, Section 326, and related regulatory updates is crucial.
- Direct communication with relevant business contacts to escalate issues to management promptly and effectively.
- Review and analyze incoming Customer Identification Program incidents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Articulate compliance requirements to clients as necessary and address issues with senior team members in a timely manner.
- Adherence to strict timelines and compliance schedules is essential to minimize risks while ensuring a positive client experience.
- Engage in continuous improvement of systems and processes, including testing new functionalities and adapting to policy changes.
- Provide support to other functional areas as needed.
