Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Transportation Aide to join our team at Creekside Terrace Rehabilitation. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients and residents within the facility and to external appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients and residents within the facility and to external appointments using facility vehicles
  • Escort patients and residents from assigned rooms to and from vehicles and appointments as needed
  • Report any incidents, accidents, changes in patient's/resident's condition, requests, problems, and complaints to their supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Class (E) Driver's License
  • Prior experience transporting patients/residents for a hospital or nursing home is preferred
  • Ability to operate an automobile
  • Valid unencumbered driver's license in the state of operation
