Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is extremely detailed, exhibits a high sense of accountability for workload, and enjoys process improvement and management. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and is a self-motivated individual who can actively engage.

Essential Functions:
  • Answer calls from customers and respond to emails and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information on our commercial/personal rental services.
  • Assist customers with booking and scheduling their rentals.
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests. Document customer interactions and provide follow-up as needed. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management.

Work Environment: Office  

Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Required Education/Experience/Certifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Familiarity and experience with basic computer and phone equipment.
  • CRM software experience a plus.
