We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance our expanding team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, such as phone, chat, and email.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address customer inquiries and offer effective support and guidance.
  • Resolve customer challenges and concerns via phone, chat, and email.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services to accurately respond to customer questions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient customer assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday.

WORKING HOURS

  • Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (25 hours/week).
  • Daily work hours are flexible, with the potential to increase up to 30 hours per week.
