Job Overview:

We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Creative Marketing Project Coordinator to enhance our marketing team focused on owned media platforms. The successful candidate will oversee the tracking of marketing initiatives, liaise with stakeholders regarding timelines, and ensure timely completion of projects. This role demands exceptional communication abilities, multitasking capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills, along with a strong enthusiasm for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across various channels such as email, social media, and SEO/content marketing.
  • Oversee multiple marketing projects, ensuring progress across different internal and external teams, timely deliverables, and proactive mitigation of obstacles and risks.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to guarantee high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Coordinate incoming project requests with team workloads, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Facilitate collaboration among team members to ensure milestones and deadlines are met or adjusted as necessary, while addressing conflicts appropriately.
  • Continuously assess and enhance project management processes and workflows.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses a proactive and positive mindset, striving for optimal outcomes despite challenges. With the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, you demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 3-5 years of proven project management experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in modern project management software tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects across diverse teams under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates effectively and builds strong relationships.
