Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into strategic system workflows that drive operational efficiency.

  • Engage with external vendors to evaluate potential solutions, assess fit against business needs, and support the selection and implementation of new technologies.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of tasks and projects, preparing reports on key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst who can bring their expertise to our team. If you have a strong background in information systems, computer science, or business administration, and a proven track record of success in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role involving system configuration, analysis, and support.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including defining and managing use cases.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, implementation, and status reporting.
  • Proficiency or a keen interest in AI and MarTech tooling.
