Position: Service Engineer for Industrial Systems

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with a strong background in Industrial Automation and Control Systems to join our dynamic team. Our organization is a leading provider of industrial services, dedicated to transforming how systems are designed, implemented, and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various industrial equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and rectify equipment failures.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients as needed.
  • Conduct installation, commissioning, and start-up procedures as required.
  • Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of time and materials used.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Wire and cable systems, web handling processes, wastewater management, water filtration technologies, film production, textile manufacturing, paper processing, rolling mill operations, extrusion techniques, non-woven materials, rubber processing, crane and hoist systems, coating applications, thermal processing, and motion control systems.

  • Experience in diagnosis, troubleshooting, upgrades, and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with DC and AC drives, control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and basic coding modifications.
  • Ability to interpret complex schematics, drawings, and electro-mechanical diagrams.
  • Commitment to optimizing machine performance and ensuring product consistency.
  • A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in commissioning, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Enthusiasm for tackling systems integration challenges and exploring new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
