About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our Market District team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and presented to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and cost control to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
  • Lead and direct kitchen staff, providing training and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs, including waste management and inventory tracking.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Food Safety Awareness certification and prior management experience in the culinary field are highly desirable.
  • Excellent food preparation skills, food product knowledge, and customer service experience are essential.
