Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at FAAC Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing risk and insurance, and providing technical writing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontracting activities, including preparing and reviewing subcontracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Project manage PA-DSS validation activities and PCI-DSS compliance activities, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Collect, assess, and implement feedback to update Information Security Policies.
  • Ensure proper execution of PCI and Security Training Program, including training for FAAC entity employees.
  • Coordinate Security breach notification to clients in accordance with corporate policies and processes.
  • Provide technical writing support for internal and external documentation.
  • Own risk/insurance relationship between FAAC US entities and insurance companies, determining premium adjustments and types of riders needed.
  • Facilitate issuance of Certificates of Insurance and conduct necessary audits/meetings with insurance companies.
  • Conduct contract review of issues relating to insurance and various types of coverages and dollar amounts associated with client requests.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, including assistance in contract review and completion relating to insurance, bonding, and subcontracting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least two years' corporate risk, paralegal, construction, and/or security or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of PCI-DSS and/or PA-DSS.
  • Ability to learn and take charge when needed to complete assigned tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and focused on task assigned.
  • High degree of reliability and accountability.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-starter attitude/work ethic.
