Job Title:
Public Affairs PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in public affairs, communications, and the pharmaceutical industry to lead and oversee all aspects of public affairs project management for ACL Digital.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or delays.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams to achieve project objectives.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely and accurate updates to senior management.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
Experience working in a complex organization, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage senior executive teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Possess a strong understanding of public policy and media relations.
Experience in corporate communications, including messaging, branding, and crisis management.
Understanding of executive support functions, strategic planning, operations management, and cross-functional collaboration.
