Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Opportunity

Duke Health is seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary and Critical Care trained physician to join our clinical practices at either Duke Regional Hospital or Duke Raleigh Hospital.

The selected individual will be actively involved in both inpatient and outpatient duties, including approximately 60% effort in the ICU and approximately 40% effort in the outpatient practice of pulmonary medicine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff the inpatient pulmonary consult service and mixed Med-Surg ICU at Duke Raleigh Hospital
  • Participate in the outpatient practice of pulmonary medicine, including PFT labs, lab and x-ray facilities
  • Collaborate with intensivists and Advanced Practice Providers in the ICU
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with pulmonary diseases
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the pulmonary and critical care medicine program
