Join Our Team as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

HNI Healthcare is seeking a certified APP to join our experienced hospitalist team in Durham, North Carolina. We welcome both experienced providers and new graduate APPs with applicable experience.

About the Opportunity
  • We offer a 30-bed LTACH facility located within Duke Regional Hospital.
  • Our 7 on/7 off schedule provides a great work-life balance.
  • You will work alongside 1 Physician and 1 APP provider daily, with 1 Tele Physician covering nights.
  • No procedures are required, and you will have pulmonary/critical care backup.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Our EMR system is Vitals MD, Med Link, and paper charts.

Requirements
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
  • Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
  • Ability to provide a full scope of primary care services.
  • Board certified, or board eligible, MD or DO with advanced graduate medical education and training in IM preferred.
  • Current, unrestricted, North Carolina license to practice.
  • Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
