Job Overview

Behaven Kids is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Child Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Child Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and effective clinic-based therapeutic and learning environment for children.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in social work, child psychology, healthcare social work, juvenile justice specialist, school counselor, or related fields.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping children and families, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and structured learning environment for children.
  • Implement Behaven Kids' model of care and curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, peers, and supervisor.
  • Update and maintain documentation and children's records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
  • Must be 19 years of age.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
