Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our team at Healthcare Recruitment Counselors in Bear, DE. As a Chiropractor with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to provide high-quality, individualized care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical exam, and review of pertinent imaging/documents/reports
- Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays and radiological reports
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional advice
- Treatment, including chiropractic care, adjustments, diversified, rehab, laser, strapping as needed, and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes using Chirotouch)
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow-up to ensure treatment goals are being met and reassessments
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in DE
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with office hours ending at 2 PM on Friday
- Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
- Bonus compensation potential
- Vacation/PTO: 2 weeks
- 401(k) profit sharing
