Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Training Manager to oversee the clinical student training program and ensure that the clinical supervision needs of students, staff, and volunteers are met. This role will support the onboarding and training of clinical staff and the development of clinical protocol and framework across our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the clinical student training program, including interviewing and placing graduate students, ensuring they have appropriate clinical supervision, and addressing concerns and remediation needs.
  • Oversee the clinical supervision and training needs of staff and volunteer clinicians, including ensuring they have regular and appropriate supervisory support.
  • Develop clinical onboarding protocol across the organization and support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop clinical protocol and framework for each program.
  • Provide high-quality, culturally responsive, trauma-informed clinical services and interventions to immigrant and refugee youth and families.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work (MSW), MA in Clinical or Counseling fields, or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
  • Minimum four (4) years of clinical and supervisory experience.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist Degree required.
