Duties and Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have EDI experience and be able to provide EDI production support and coordinate new EDI setup. This role will monitor EDI systems, resolve issues and work with the Order Management Team and Warehouse to ensure daily business processes flow without interruption from EDI.

We are looking for someone who can monitor EDI communications with internal/external partners to insure no interruptions. They will use EDI application dashboard and reports to manager overall health of EDI. Process and monitor all inbound and outbound transactions. Identify, troubleshoot & track EDI related issues with internal/external partners to resolution.

Logistics:
We are seeking a Logistics and Operations Coordinator who can communicate with client, carrier and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and/or rate issues. Manage aspects of account setup including generating web users, EDI, BOL and carrier account numbers. Establish strong relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members. Responsible for daily execution of transportation needs, including tracking and scheduling shipments, communicating status updates with internal team and clients.

Qualification/Requirements
We are looking for someone with strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office Software: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing using professional etiquette. Must have strong organizational and "follow-up" skills. Demonstrated ability to work as a team. Ability to provide sound problem solving. Ability to pay excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance. Experience analyzing and interpreting written material and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on that data. Two (2) years of EDI experience is preferred. Experience with EDI documents in retail industry such as 850/856/810/940/945 a plus. Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Proficiency in using logistics software systems to track shipments, inventory, and orders. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and 3PL providers. Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive operational improvements.
