Job Summary

We are seeking an EDI Logistics Specialist to provide EDI production support and coordinate new EDI setup. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and experience analyzing and interpreting written material and quantitative data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor EDI systems and resolve issues
  • Work with the Order Management Team and Warehouse to ensure daily business processes flow without interruption from EDI
  • Coordinate setup of new EDI trading partners and documents
  • Assist EDI testing with data setup and document testing with trading partner
  • Recommend system and/or business process improvements that streamline EDI
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of EDI experience is preferred
  • Experience with EDI documents in retail industry such as 850/856/810/940/945 a plus
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices
