Senior Vice President - Treasury Governance Analyst

The Senior Vice President of Treasury Governance Analyst, a key member of the Treasury CAO Business Execution team, serves as a central hub for stakeholder engagement and governance coordination concerning Treasurer-level submissions, memoranda, and resolutions for the Board and its committees. This role assists the Senior Vice President in managing, coordinating, and preparing essential Treasury deliverables, including materials for Board Governance meetings. The position requires strong analytical capabilities to assess, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic information from various sources. Exceptional communication and diplomatic skills are essential.

Experience in Corporate Governance within a large financial institution is preferred. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication skills for effective interactions with Finance, Independent Risk, Legal, and various senior management and Board committees. The candidate should have the credibility to influence others, collaborate efficiently across departments, build relationships between Independent Risk and the business, and enhance business execution within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review documents, emails, and relevant materials for accuracy and relevance, ensuring supporting evidence is verified.

+ Maintain the forward dividend calendar and independently review proposed dividend rates, amounts, and per-share figures, including reconciling total share counts with disclosures.

+ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review, edit, and finalize Board resolutions and related materials in conjunction with internal counsel.

+ Work with stakeholders to review, edit, and finalize proposed Preferred Stock dividends by the Capital Committee.

+ Secure and document evidence of Board approvals, management memo support, or Assistant Secretary's Certificates as applicable.

+ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements or enhancements and document detailed activities related to each process.

+ Ensure timely delivery for all deadlines is consistently achieved.

+ Foster strong relationships to maintain effective stakeholder connections.

Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

+ Proficient in working with various risk and control systems and the modern Microsoft collaboration suite.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

+ Capable of working under pressure and managing deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

+ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

+ Open to new ideas and insights.

+ Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Compensation Range:

$92,000 - $138,000.00
