Key Responsibilities:

As an Estimator, you will:

  • Analyze project drawings to comprehend the scope of work.
  • Conduct precise quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on design phases.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Estimator to formulate competitive pricing strategies.
  • Engage with subcontractors and pursue bid opportunities.
  • Perform thorough evaluations of documents to identify constructability challenges and value engineering prospects.

Qualifications:
  • Possess a Certificate, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Have approximately 3 years of estimating experience, preferably within construction management.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction costs and principles.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Show strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with estimating software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
