Fleet Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
- Utilize leading-edge technology and programs to diagnose and repair complex issues.
- Work independently with a high degree of autonomy, while also receiving coaching and direction as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records, including vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Valid CDL or ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
- Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
- Strong mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel repair, hydraulic and air brake systems, and internal combustible engines.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and adherence to DOT regulations.
- Experience repairing forklifts and working with manufacturing standards.
- Proficiency with computers and diagnostic tools, including Noregon and Mitchell 1.
- Driving experience with Class A or B CDL vehicles.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty equipment repair and maintenance.
