Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fairway Management. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties, including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Perform minor building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs as needed.
  • Keep an inventory of repair supplies and materials and prepare requests for purchase.
  • Complete final move-in and move-out inspections with property management.
  • Turn units in a timely manner, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks and moving furniture as needed.
  • Pick up and order supplies from area vendors as required.
  • Be alert to any emergencies, suspicious persons, or events and notify appropriate staff.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
