Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our OB unit, an 8-bed unit with a dedicated OB suite. As a RN, you will be responsible for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will promote optimal health, well-being, and safety through the use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement.
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs.
  • One year experience preferred.
  • 1 year OB/L&D preferred.
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
  • RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Pay and Shift

The pay range is $32.01/Hr. to $54.40/Hr. The shift is variable, with nights 6P-6A and half of all weekends. You will precept on Days then transition to Nights the last 4 weeks of training.
