Position Summary:
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care within the imaging department. This role involves performing high-quality ultrasound examinations while being attuned to the needs of patients.
The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities and serve as a mentor to fellow technologists. Additionally, this position acts as a clinical resource for the team, ensuring adherence to current standards of practice.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in ultrasound imaging is strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- ARDMS registration required: RDMS (OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR).
- Alternatively, ARRT registration: R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS)(ARRT) or ARDMS registered RVT(VT) with OB or ABD required within one year of hire, or ARRT registered - R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT).
- ARDMS registration: RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
