Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our OB GYN department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients to identify and meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Promote optimal patient health and well-being through the application of the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards and guidelines.
- Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement accepted.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates; preferred for experienced RNs.
- One year of experience preferred; 1 year of OB/L&D experience preferred.
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
- RN License required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Pay and ScheduleThe pay range for this position is $32.01/Hr. to $54.40/Hr. The schedule includes nights, 6P-6A, with half of all weekends. Precepting on days and transitioning to nights during the last 4 weeks of training.
