KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes.
  • Utilize various systems to streamline transportation logistics.
  • Maintain meticulous records and exhibit a keen attention to detail.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Experience with customer scheduling systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Ability to analyze carrier and load financials, including accessorial reviews.
  • Familiarity with auditing accessorial rate requests against internal contracts.
  • Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The pay range reflects our good faith belief regarding the compensation for this role. Final pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, and performance. We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans and paid time off for eligible employees.
