About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Resolute Road Hospitality. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and long-term maintenance of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Schedules: Create and administer preventative maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Manage Maintenance Team: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and Maintain Facilities: Regularly inspect and maintain all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment, to ensure that they are safe and in good condition.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are conducted with minimal disruption and that all concerns are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college or vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering or plumbing preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services required; previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license required; pool certification required or ability to attain within 60 days; certification or specialization in one or more technical craft (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) preferred.
