Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to repair and maintain water systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and testing equipment, to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address water system issues, implementing solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, subordinates, and the public, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in water system technology.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the water systems team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience and certifications preferred.
  • Utah CDL license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Skilled in operating various types of tools and power equipment, with ability to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check, with willingness to undergo ongoing training and evaluation.
