Responsibilities of a Lead Early Childhood Educator
  • Manage the overall classroom environment, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging space for children.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, using engaging characters to drive the learning experience.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
  • Meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
