About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is a key position at Solera, Inc. responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our products by our dealership partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site and remote product training to dealership staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at our dealership partners
  • Resolve customer issues and provide proactive support to drive adoption and retention
  • Consult with dealerships on process best practices to maximize revenue growth
  • Communicate effectively with dealership leadership to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies
  • Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities to drive additional revenue growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews and consultations with dealership leadership
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on dealer needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on product-specific knowledge and best practices
  • Take lead on at-risk customers and collaborate with the Renewal Team as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with customer accounts
  • 1+ years of experience with one or more SaaS products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience training and presenting to groups and individuals
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience teaching or training
