Key Responsibilities- Deliver on-site and remote product training to dealership staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at our dealership partners
- Resolve customer issues and provide proactive support to drive adoption and retention
- Consult with dealerships on process best practices to maximize revenue growth
- Communicate effectively with dealership leadership to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies
- Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities to drive additional revenue growth
- Conduct regular business reviews and consultations with dealership leadership
- Provide feedback to internal teams on dealer needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on product-specific knowledge and best practices
- Take lead on at-risk customers and collaborate with the Renewal Team as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working directly with customer accounts
- 1+ years of experience with one or more SaaS products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience training and presenting to groups and individuals
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience teaching or training
