Job Summary

Solvenow Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and CAD designers in both General/Physical Layout and Protection & Control aspects of renewables and substation design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor junior engineers and designers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing existing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement complex project designs, including engineering calculations and computer-aided design software.
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of project documents, including specifications and bid documents.
  • Conduct and direct detailed drawing reviews to ensure that full plan sets clearly and concisely represent the design intent.
  • Assist in training division Project Engineers I and II.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Four to nine years of relevant experience required.
  • Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
