KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically plans, oversees, and evaluates projects from inception to execution.
  • Serves as the main project contact to identify stakeholder needs and project goals.
  • Implements project management frameworks and methodologies to guarantee timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes, aligning with leadership expectations.
  • Engages with internal stakeholders to provide project updates and collect feedback.
  • Manages multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective prioritization.
  • Conducts preliminary and final cost analyses for project teams and leadership.
  • Formulates options and recommendations to facilitate critical decision-making.
  • Monitors costs, performance metrics, and service levels to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Acts as a resource for project managers and leaders, providing guidance on project management processes and improvements.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred: Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management program.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • 5-7 years of comprehensive project management experience.
