Production Technician Job Description

At Laborde Products, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and servicing industrial and marine equipment that meets our high standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with industrial and marine equipment
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve production processes
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
