Job Title: Clinical Practitioner - Patient Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address patient concerns and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
