Role Overview: As a Senior Care Performance Consultant, you will oversee communities in various locations, assisting in the management and development of strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing admissions and maintaining an optimal facility census level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify and promote the PLC culture throughout the team.
  • Maintain oversight of technical operations within the facility.
  • Enhance and update policies and procedures for operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Sales Directors to recruit community-level Sales and Marketing Directors.
  • Provide support at the community level by visiting locations with vacant Sales Director positions or those experiencing census challenges.
  • Develop and implement resident census growth strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of local competition.
  • Monitor financial and demographic factors influencing service needs.
  • Manage facility-level sales performance in partnership with the facility team.
  • Engage with medical, insurance, legal, and financial professionals, as well as senior organizations and community contacts.
  • Train Marketing Directors to enhance their sales capabilities and keep the organization informed on best practices.
  • Assist in the hiring and evaluation of sales personnel focused on census generation.
  • Support the quarterly sales and marketing planning process.
  • Train managers for weekend coverage in the Manager on Duty rotation.
  • Coach community teams on effectively managing move-ins and move-outs to optimize revenue.
  • Update competitive analysis and sales/marketing plans regularly.
  • Report any issues to the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Fulfill weekend manager duties as required.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Executive Director of Sales and Regional Director of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development or a related field.
