With the increasing demand for sustainable energy solutions, numerous Federal Government energy consumers require assistance in establishing new initiatives to optimize limited resources and meet advanced energy goals.
Your Role:
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and overseeing renewable energy procurement methodologies.
- Creating milestone plans and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Defining and implementing data collection and reporting strategies to monitor progress and enhance processes.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in energy program or project management.
- Proven experience advising senior clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with electricity utility providers.
- Understanding of regulatory factors affecting the utility sector across the U.S.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including power purchase agreements, renewable energy credits (RECs), and various renewable generation technologies.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and fostering collaboration between Federal Government entities and utility providers.
- Ability to manage schedules and workloads effectively to deliver on multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience collaborating with data analysts and technical experts to define functional and technical requirements.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience advising Federal agencies.
- Background in working with the Department of Defense.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
