Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Observe and record resident attendance and participation in activities.
  • Encourage resident involvement and provide support as needed.
  • Transport residents to and from activities as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assist with discharge planning and develop activity care plans.
  • Conduct resident interviews to gather information for activity planning.
  • Arrange transportation for outings and coordinate with other staff members.
  • Implement and maintain a quality assurance program for the activity department.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including completing necessary forms and reports.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to providing excellent service to residents.
