Transportation Coordinator

As an Assistant Transportation Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless transportation operations, working closely with our Transportation Coordinator and Front Office Management team.

• Coordinate shuttle/transportation needs for guests arriving to/from the resort, monitoring flights and scheduling arrivals and departures in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with drivers to create a warm welcome for our guests, assisting with loading and unloading processes and ensuring precise communication with hotel guest services.
• Stay up-to-date with daily events and activities, utilizing this knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
