We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Caregiver to take on the role of Care Coordination Specialist.

This position provides opportunities for professional growth, administrative responsibilities, and leadership development.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of caregiving practices, a sincere passion for enhancing the well-being of clients, and demonstrated experience in caregiving. Proficiency in basic computer operations is essential. Experience in scheduling or training is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising Caregivers -
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments -
  • Providing training to Caregivers -
  • Performing front desk administrative tasks -
  • Assisting in the recruitment of Caregivers -
  • On-call responsibilities -
  • Providing in-field support to Caregivers as necessary.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or CNA -
  • Proficient computer skills -
  • A reliable insured vehicle and valid driver's license -
  • Eligibility to work legally in the USA -
  • Ability to provide 2 professional references.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of current experience in caregiving -
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems -
  • A reliable insured vehicle and valid driving license -
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required (mileage reimbursed for qualifying trips) -
  • Experience in training and administration is beneficial but not mandatory -
  • CNA certification is preferred -
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA - Documentation required.
  • Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
