JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Creative Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in implementing impactful marketing and branding initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering company expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee marketing initiatives and projects from start to finish, which includes production, post-campaign evaluations, brand assessments, and market analysis.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to create innovative campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, and print.
Develop and manage programs that positively influence customer and consumer perceptions of Spectrum's brands. This position is primarily on-site with a hybrid work option.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience.
• Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel advertising strategies to meet marketing goals.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the success of advertising campaigns.
• Manage projects and timelines for the internal Creative Studio, coordinating with stakeholders to align on objectives.
• Create comprehensive marketing briefs detailing campaign goals, target demographics, key messages, and creative needs.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and assess campaign performance to derive insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with external creative partners to enhance execution and efficiency while elevating creative quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to emphasize product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, ensuring consistency across marketing channels.
• Develop cohesive product and brand narratives that resonate with the target audience and align with the Spectrum brand identity.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong project management capabilities, able to handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Experience in telecommunications or related industries is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
- Familiarity with cable television, high-speed internet, and phone services.
Working Conditions
