  • Passion for helping estheticians enhance their skills and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Experience with inventory management, including receiving and tracking stock.
  • Proficient in payroll management and scheduling.
  • Ability to facilitate influencer marketing and plan co-marketing events with local businesses.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for skincare and wellness is a plus.
  • Past experience with spa booking platforms (knowledge of Zenoti preferred).
