Senior Caregiver and Administrative Support Opportunity

Always Best Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced caregiver to provide daily support and companionship to individuals in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role requires a caregiver who can work second shift, Tuesdays through Saturdays, and be prepared to help if needed throughout the city of Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.

Caregiver Responsibilities
  • Respond to all fill-in assignments as assigned
  • Assist with all personal care functions, including bathing, incontinence care, and feeding assistance
  • Provide positioning, lifting, and ambulation
  • Offer meaningful companionship, including help with errands and light housekeeping
  • Perform all non-medical home care duties as needed
Administrative Support Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers
  • Communicate effectively with team members within the customer service department
Requirements
  • Reliable personal vehicle with valid Driver's license and current auto insurance for transportation to client sites
  • At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
  • Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON blood work
  • Completed or ability to obtain current PA Child Abuse History Certification
  • References and background checks will be performed
