Job Title: Pediatric Lead LPN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Lead LPN to join our team at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. As a Pediatric Lead LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of LPNs in our pediatric department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in our pediatric department.
  • Lead and supervise a team of LPNs, ensuring that they are providing the best possible care to our patients.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the pediatric department.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN in a pediatric setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
