Pediatric Lead LPN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Lead LPN to join our team at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. As a Pediatric Lead LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our pediatric department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
- Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff, including LPNs, RNs, and medical assistants.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in the pediatric department.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
- Current LPN licensure in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN in a pediatric setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
